As a child I always had to be center of attention, trying to entertain people around me. So I started playing drums and pursued a career in rock & roll, accomplishing minor success traveling the U. S. from coast to coast and releasing a few albums.
In my late 20’s I got married, started a family and pursued something more promising that I have a natural talent for; cooking. Time after time I would volunteer to cook for a grilling extravaganza and not only had fun but everyone remarked on how good the food tasted. That’s when it hit me, “Hey, wouldn’t it be great to make this my career?” My mind was made up; I went to school at the world renowned Le Cordon Bleu, graduating as one of the top in my class with a degree in culinary arts.
Some may think it’s crazy to go to such a school for the purpose of BBQ vs. five star dining. My father once told me “No matter what you wish to be successful at, it takes hard work and a good education; There are no short cuts to the top.”
I simply want to present the best food possible. Through the extensive training at Le Cordon Bleu, Hilton Hotels, and life experiences of being a professional caterer I’ve turned your basic BBQ into an experience of International Cuisine. Now we have one of the world’s most unique beach front restaurants. So sit back relax and enjoy the show.
